Incident Report Description

There were a few tar balls in the mid beach area and a crab hole appeared to have a piece of tar in it too. UV light technology has been used for oil reporting along the FL panhandle for 18 months. This has been efficient and effective as you can see in this photo, that the orange hue is oil and the sand is a purple hue. Shells will fluoresce in the white or light blue hue.
