In the late afternoon, 3PM onward, when the Sea Breeze starts to pick up,I get burning eyes, a stuffy runny nose an sometimes a slight cough. This generally happens within a half hour of being outside. I do not get this earlier in the day. This has been happening for the last couple of weeks. I'm outside every day. I also checked the pollen count for my zip and it's in the low to low-medium range today, so this is not a factor.
