CALLER STATED THAT A TORNADO CAME THROUGH THEIR FACILITY AND BUCKLED TWO STORAGE TANKS AND KNOCKED OVER TWO STORAGE TANKS. CALLER STATED TANK 840B RELEASED 600 GALLONS OF USED OIL AND TANK 420 RELEASED 600 GALLONS OF OILY WATER INTO CONTAINMENT.
