A SHEEN WAS OBSERVED ON THE WATERS OF THE GULF. IT IS BELIEVED TO BE EMANATING FROM THE TAYLOR ENERGY PLATFORM WHICH WAS DESTROYED DURING HURRICANE IVAN.
