Incident Report Description

Hundreds of dead fish were found at a beach about 15 minutes away from Grand Isle. Mostly dead flounder but numerous large and unidentifiable fish were found as well. We had to sneak passed coast guard to even view the devastation. They claimed the fish died to bacteria but we found some with oil content on them. This is a video I took.
