Incident Report Description

There were several dozen tar balls present along beach in Gulf Shores AL. There were shells covered in oil and plastic too. The sand was stained in some areas and when shoveled, had an oily texture. A matte sheen was present in some of the tide pools.
Under UV light, this beach had areas of Crude and possible Corexit contamination. Purple is the sand, orange/rust hues is indication of contamination.
